3. Keep an eye out for your invitation.
Invitations go out quarterly. You’ll usually see something within 90 days depending on when you signed up.
Emails may arrive via Paperless Post or from Ben@pivotol.com, so watch your inbox (and those hidden folders).
4. Know the expectations.

Community & Conduct Policy
Side Venture Social Hour exists to create an atmosphere of curiosity, generosity, and genuine connection.
We gather to listen well, share openly, and build friendships that last beyond a single evening.
To protect that atmosphere, attendance is by invitation and based on shared values:
Curiosity – a willingness to listen, learn, and explore new ideas.
Reciprocity – a balance of giving and receiving in conversation and opportunity.
Generosity – genuine interest in others without expectation of return.
Respect – honoring people’s time, boundaries, and differing perspectives.
Anyone whose behavior works against these values—through overt, aggressive self-promotion, disrespect, or actions that diminish the experience of others—may be asked not to return or have their invitation withdrawn.
We also occasionally photograph our gatherings to capture the spirit of the community.
By attending, you acknowledge that your presence may appear in event photos or videos, and you grant Side Venture Social Hour permission to use these images on our website and social media.
